Ayman Mohammad al Fajr from al Qouriya city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate died on January 22, 2022, due to wounds he sustained on January 21, 2022, when he was shot by members of the Syrian Democratic Forces while they were carrying out a raid on the river crossing in al Shnan village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate.
SNHR confirms that, through this act of killing, Syrian Democratic Forces have violated the international human rights law, and insists that the perpetrators must be held accountable.
