A man from Ras al Ein city in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, named as Omar Abdul Fattah, born in 1970, was killed on April 4, 2021, when a drone of unknown source fired a shell at his car near al Sarli village in northwest of the governorate.
SNHR is unable to identify the party responsible for the shelling as of this writing. SNHR is still trying to contact witnesses to obtain more details of the incident.
