A displaced man from Harasta city in the east of Damascus suburbs governorate, known informally as Abu Dyab, was shot dead while at least other seven civilians were injured, during clashes between two factions of the Syrian National Army (Nour al Din Zenki and Ahrar al Sham Movement) in Jandaris town in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate on December 13, 2020. SNHR is unable to identify the faction responsible for the civilian’s killing up to this writing, while the controlling forces of the city bear the responsibility to reveal the perpetrators’ identity and hold them accountable.
