A child named as Saif Bashir al Fadel died on November 29, 2020, due to wounds sustained on November 27, 2020, by stray gunfire of unknown origin in Abu Hamam city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour suburbs. SNHR has been unable to identify the party responsible for the child’s death up to the time of writing with the controlling forces bearing responsibility for revealing the perpetrator’s identity.
