Image of a detainee recently released by Syrian regime forces shows the regime’s neglect of health and medical care which threaten 130,000 remaining detainees

The images here show the stark contrast in his health and physical condition before entering a Syrian regime detention centers and after his release, with the Syrian regime’s negligence of health and medical care being clearly visible; these conditions continue to threaten the physical and mental health of about 130,000 prisoners who are still detained in the regime’s detention centers as documented by SNHR.
