Image showing Syrian citizens overcrowd in al Hamidiya market in Damascus city after the decision taken by Syrian regime on April 28, to allow activities and commercial and industrial shops turning back to work.  We note that Syrian regime declared the first infected case of COVID-19 on March 22, 2020.

Yet, the Syrian regime has not taken a real action to stop overcrowding of citizens during their attempt to get the essentials as bread and gas and to receive their salaries which is a blatant violation of precautionary measures of disease prevention.

We at SNHR emphasis that it is impossible for the regime responsible for killing hundreds of thousands of Syrians and displacing about 12 million persons, between IDPs and refugees to care about Syrian people.
