Ibrahim al Ismail, IDP from Ma’aret al Numan city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, his corpse was found with signs of gunshot in his head by families in Jendeires town which is administratively a part of Afrin city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, on March 19, 2020. The area is under the control of the Syrian National Army while we are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
