Syrian regime arrested civilians in al Tal city in Damascus suburbs, on Feb 21

SNHR: Syrian regime forces raided on al Tal city in west of Damascus suburbs governorate on February 21, 2020, arrested nine civilians, including a woman, and took them to an undisclosed location.
