Russian forces committed a massacre in Jam’iyet al Rahhal area in Aleppo, on February 3

SNHR: at least nine civilians, including five children and two women were killed on February 3, 2020, as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired a missile on a bus, carrying IDPs from Shamikou area in the western suburbs of Aleppo governorate, while they were passing Jam’iyet al Rahhal area in the western suburbs of Aleppo governorate to safer areas.
