SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on the middle of al Bab city in the eastern suburbs of Aleppo governorate. One missile fel on Sheikh Dawshal Mosque in the city partially destroying its building and breaking fire out in the mosque, on February 1, 2020. We note that this is the first time al Bab city is attacked in an aerial bombing by Syrian- Russian alliance forces since it was controlled by the Syrian National Army in February 2017.
