The death of a civilian on Jan 3, due to wounds sustained in a bombing by Russian forces on Khan al Sebel village in Idlib

Jalal Safar Ramadan Safar al Salloum, from Khan al Sebel village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, died on January 3, 2020, due to wounds sustained on December 22, 2019, as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on Khan al Sebel village.
