Ahmad Rahmou Awwad al Sabr, from al Rukba village which is administratively a part of Tal Tamer town in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka suburbs, aged 28 at the time of his arrest in April 2014, by Syrian regime forces as he was passing a checkpoint in the vicinity of Damascus city. On December 10, 2019, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center.
