SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired a missile on al Hekma Wa al Maw’eza al Hasana Mosque in al Sharqi neighborhood in Kafranbel city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, partially destroying its building and severely damaging its furniture, on November 13, 2019. We note that the mosque was attacked several times by Syrian- Russian Alliance during the ongoing military campaign on the fourth de-escalation zone.
