SNHR: Syrian regime forces artillery fired shells near a service car of Civil Defense- Sfuhun Center in an agricultural land in southwest of Ma’aret Harma village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, while the team of the service car was transferring victims and injured of Russian aerial bombing followed by an intensive ground shelling by Syrian regime forces on the same area, injuring three members of Civil Defense, and severely damaging the car, on November 12, 2019.
