The death of Ja’far Abu S’aifan due to torture in Syrian regime detention centers, on Oct 31

Ja’far Yarub Abu S’aifan, from al Shajara town in the western suburbs of Daraa governorate, aged 18 at the time of his arrest in July 2018, by Syrian regime forces in Ma’raya IDPs Camp in Hawd al Yarmouk area in the western suburbs of Daraa governorate. On October 31, 2019, we received information confirming his death due to torture on June 4, 2019, in detention centers.
