Jamal Amer al Zatour, from Kafranbel city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, worked at the local council in Kafranbel city, his corpse was found with signs of gunshots in west of Kafranbel city on October 29. The city is under the joint control of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham and factions from armed opposition while we are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
