The brothers Majd and Mohannad Qentar, teachers from Ein Larouz village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, were arrested on October 15, 2019, by members of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham while they were heading from Ein Larouz village to Ariha city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate and taken to an undisclosed location.
