Damages in a medical facility in the explosion of an unknown- source IED in Afrin city in Aleppo, on Oct 12

SNHR: an IED exploded near al Mahmoudiya clinics center- supported by Bahar Humanitarian organization- in al Mahmoudiya neighborhood in the middle of Afrin city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, partially damaging its building, on October 12, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
