Khalaf Abd al Khallouf al Habloushi, from Ras al Ein city in the northeastern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, was killed as an artillery of Operation Peace Spring’s forces (Turkish forces and the Syrian National Army forces) fired shells on Ras al Ein city, on October 10, 2019.
