The child Ali Suleiman al Subhi, from al Ezba village which is administratively a part of Soor town in the northern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour suburbs, age 15, was killed in a random shooting by members of Syrian Democratic forces in al Ezba village, on September 2, 2019.
