Suhail Thabet Nassar, a member of Civil Defense- Qastoun center, from Qastoun village in the western suburbs of Hama governorate, died due to wounds sustained in his head as Syrian regime forces artillery fired shells on Shaghouriet village in the western suburbs of Idlib governorate, as he was heading with Civil Defense team to aid the injured of previous bombing by the same forces on the village, on August 20, 2019.
