SNHR: fixed-wing Syrian regime warplanes opened machine guns fire on a civil defense’s rescue vehicle in Morek town in the northern suburbs of Hama governorate, as its crew were heading to rescue victims of previous bombing by the same forces on the town, the car was burning and damaged severely, and it went out of service, on August 5, 2019.
