Safwan Rajab al Saleh and Daham Lattouf al Sheihan, from al Jei’a village in the western suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, were killed on July 31, 2019, in an explosion of a landmine in al Jei’a village. We are unable to identify the party responsible for planting the mine as of this writing.
