SNHR: a motorcycle bomb exploded near Omar Bin al Khattab Mosque in al Bab city in Aleppo governorate eastern suburbs, resulting in casualties, partially destroying its building and damaging its furniture, on July 3, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
