An unknown- source IED exploded near a civil society organisation in Raqqa city, on Jun 27

SNHR: an IED exploded near Inmaa al Fourat Organisation for educational, health and agricultural services in the middle of Raqqa city, partially damaging its building and entrance, on June 27, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
