Kurdish Self- Management forces arrested two civilians in al Mansoura town in Raqqa suburbs, on January 23

Bashar al Khatib and Hussein al Talal, from al Mansoura town in Raqqa governorate western suburbs, were arrested on January 23, 2019, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) as they were passing a checkpoint near the entrance of al Mansoura town and taken to an undisclosed location.
