SNHR: three civilians were killed in the explosion of an IED when a bus carrying civilians was passing Kawa circle in the middle of Afrin city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs, on January 20, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
