SNHR: at least 15 civilians, including six children and three women, were killed as International Coalition warplanes fired missiles on al Baghouz al Tahtani village which is administratively a part of al Boukamal city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, on January 18, 2019.
