Mrs. Eida al Metleq, from al Sabkha town in Raqqa governorate eastern suburbs, was arrested on January 9, 2019 by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) in a raid on her houe in al Bousaraya neighborhood in Raqqa city and taken to an undisclosed location.
