The infant Ra’eda al Taibi, age 7 months, died on January 1, 2019 due to malnutrition and lack of medical equipment in al Sousa town which is administratively a part of al Boukamal city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, due to siege imposed by Kurdish- majority Syrian Democratic forces on the town.
