Mudar Ibrahim al Ejeil, born in 1985, a college student at faculty of English Literature, activist in popular uprising, from al Amin neighborhood in the middle of Raqqa city, arrested on January 21, 2014, from his place in Tartus city. On September 23, 2018, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center in Damascus city.
