SNHR: Kurdish Self-Management forces (mainly Kurdish Democratic Union party forces –PKK branch) raided al Sukariya village in Raqqa governorate western suburbs, 7 civilians were arrested for conscription and taken to unknown destination, on September 14, 2018.
