The brothers Bashar and Osama al Assaf, from Tal Abyad city in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs, arrested by Kurdish Self-Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party –PKK branch) from their location in Tal Abyad city, and taken to unknown destination, on August 25, 2018.
