Mohammad Ma’soum Mohammad, a member of Kurdish National Council, from al Qameshli city in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs, arrested by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) from his place in al Gharbi neighborhood in al Qameshli city and taken to unknown place, on June 22, 2018.
