Abdul Rahman Samer Mostafa al Akel, born in 1997, a second- year student at Medicine college, from Deir Ez-Zour city, killed in International Coalition warplanes missiles fired on the center of Raqqa city, as he was trying to aid the injured of previous shelling, August 21, 2017.
عبد الرحمن سامر مصطفى العكل، طالب في السنة الثانية بكلية الطب، من أبناء مدينة دير الزور، من مواليد عام 1997، قُتل جراء قصف طيران قوات التحالف الدولي الحربي بالصواريخ وسط مدينة الرقة، أثناء محاولته إسعاف جرحى قصف سابق، في 21 آب 2017.
