Ibrahim Al Mohammad Al Eisa Al Muheimed from Al Bou Amro town in Deir Ez-Zour governorate, died in ISIS artillery mortar shells fired on Al Senaa neighborhood in Deir Ez-Zour city in March 25 2016., it’s worth mentioning that the victim was arrested by government forces and recruited in digging works in the neighborhood in March 22, 2016.
